Autonomous non-profit organization «Kurgan Center for Testing, Certification and Standardization of Pipeline Fittings»
The «Kurgan Region Investment Agency» Fund is a specialized enterprise for attracting investments and working with investors in the Kurgan Region (in accordance with the Government Decree of the Kurgan Region dated January 29, 2019 No. 14).
The «Kurgan Region Investment Agency» Fund is authorized to operate as the regional center of competence in the field of agricultural cooperation and support for farmers (in accordance with the Government Decree of the Kurgan Region dated May 23, 2019 No. 149).
The «Kurgan Region Investment Agency» Fund operates on a one-stop service principle and offers more than 50 support measures, including:
– provision of low interest loans;
– provision of guarantees for bank loans and guaranties, loan and financing lease (leasing) agreements;
– leasing subsidy;
– site selection for project implementation;
– assistance in land plots registration;
– assistance in access to infrastructure;
– interaction with municipal entities in investment project implementation.

The agency guides investment projects irrespective of their scale, it lends support at any stage of project implementation: from writing a business plan to selecting land plots and receiving financial support.
To solve problems in the field of investment policy effectively, the Agency applies a mechanism to support investment projects on a one-stop service principle.
Each municipality has investment representatives who can assist in solving administrative issues at the local level.
Each potential investor is assigned to a personal manager who provides support for the project at all stages of its implementation: from the moment of the first meeting to project commissioning.
