The structural subdivision ‘«Guarantee Fund» provides state financial support to small and medium-sized businesses in the form of sureties for loan agreements, leasing and bank guarantees.
Any organization or entrepreneur related to small and medium-sized businesses, registered and operating in the Kurgan Region, that does not have tax debts, can receive a guarantee from the Fund.
To obtain a loan from a bank, as a rule, a pledge is required for the full amount requested. If your own pledged collateral is insufficient, you can use the guarantee of the Guarantee Fund. The Fund helps to reduce the collateral burden by providing a guarantee of up to 50% of the total debt, but not more than 10% of the Fund’s guarantee capital.
HOW TO GET A GUARANTEE FROM THE FUND
STEP 1 Contact the bank, which is a partner of the Fund, to inform about your desire to use the Fund guarantee.
STEP 2 If there is a shortage of collateral, the bank sends an application and a package of documents to the Fund to provide guarantee
STEP 3 The Fund examines your documents and makes a decision within 3 working days
STEP 4 A guarantee agreement is concluded, remuneration is paid, and the organization receives funding
Benefits of working with the fund:
– the possibility of obtaining financing in case of insufficient collateral;
– no need to collect documents for the Fund (documents to the Fund are provided by the bank from among those received for the borrower);
– speed of decision-making in providing guarantee (within 3 to 5 business days from the receipt of an application and a package of documents from the bank);
– low amount of remuneration for providing a guarantee.
