Support amount:
For business entities engaged in an industry:
– Up to 50 % of the value of the leased item
– Up to 25 million rubles under one leasing agreement; up to 60 million rubles under a leasing agreement (for residents of industrial parks)
– The total amount of support up to 50 million rubles per year under all leasing agreements; up to 60 million rubles under all leasing agreements (for residents of industrial parks)
For business entities engaged in non-industrial areas:
– Up to 50% of the value of the leased item;
– Up to 30% of the cost of equipment for agriculture and forestry, refrigerated trucks, trailers and semi-trailers for special purposes included in the registry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
– Up to 15% of the price of equipment for agriculture and forestry, refrigerated trucks, trailers and semi-trailers for special purposes that are not included in the registry of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
– Up to 5 million rubles under one leasing agreement;
– The total amount of support is up to 15 million rubles per year for all leasing agreements.
The following objects are subject to subsidization:
Industrial equipment; mechanisms, machine tools; devices, apparatuses; aggregates, engineering devices; means and technologies; vehicles, trailers and semi-trailers for special purposes, except those used for the transportation of passengers and cargo; equipment for mining and construction; non-industrial equipment; machinery for agriculture and forestry; special purpose vehicles; equipped with cranes; tankers; special purpose vehicles for public utilities and road maintenance.
Conditions for granting subsidies:
1. Inclusion of investment projects, for the implementation of which equipment leasing agreements have been concluded, in the ‘assisted’ section of the investment project registry of the Kurgan Region;
2. One-time reimbursement under one lease agreement;
3. Operation of the equipment that has been the subject of the leasing agreement in the Kurgan Region for at least three years from the date of conclusion of the agreement;
4. Vehicles and self-propelled vehicles must be equipped with a GPS /GLONASS systems.
Performance indicators due to received support:
– Increase in the total amount of the taxes paid by the Recipient of Support in the year following the year of receiving Support compared to the year of receiving Support;
– Creation of jobs in the year of receiving Support (for every 2 million rubles/one workplace);
– Maintaining the average number of employees in the year following the year of receiving support, 95% of the number of employees from the average number of employees in the year of receiving support.
