Setup of an enterprise based on the potential of local organo-mineral raw materials and modern processing technologies that produces competitive products for organic agriculture.

The project involves construction of a mini-factory, in the workshop where there can be only one production line, a warehouse of finished products and administrative premises.

Products: fuel briquettes, pellets with high calorific value, fertilizer in various types of packaging, including for individual gardening, peat pots.

State support:
1) The provision of a land plot for lease without tender procedures in order to implement large-scale investment projects with the subsequent purchase option;
2) Subsidy of equipment leasing by 50%, up to 50 million rubles.
3) Reimbursement of costs for construction of production facilities up to 50% (up to 5 million rubles)
4) Reimbursement of 50% of costs for infrastructure development

Economic feasibility:
— There is not a single enterprise engaged in peat extraction on the territory of the Kurgan Region
— Peat reserves are concentrated in 75 deposits with high transport accessibility
— The use of peat in various industries: chemical (production of phenol, paraffin, alcohol, wax, acetic acid), agricultural (fertilizer production), power (production of fuel briquettes)
— Peat reserves and resources in the Kurgan Region amount to 49,387 thousand tons with 40% of conventional moisture
— 28,346 tons of peat not off-balance accounting by the Territorial balance of peat reserves of the Kurgan Region
