of a Livestock Complex

Production of high-quality beef

State support:
1) The provision of a land plot for lease without tender procedures in order to implement large-scale investment projects with the subsequent purchase option
2) Subsidy of equipment leasing:
– Up to 30% of costs of equipment for agriculture and forestry, refrigerated trucks, trailers and semi-trailers for special purposes included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
-Up to 15% of the price of equipment for agriculture and forestry, refrigerated trucks, trailers and semi-trailers for special purposes that are not included in the register of the Ministry of Industry and Trade;
3) Reimbursement of expenses for crop-engineering operations;
4) Reimbursement of costs for construction of production facilities up to 50% (up to 5 million rubles);
5) Reimbursement of 50% of expenses for infrastructure development;
6) Subsidies to compensate up to 30% of costs for transporting agricultural and food products by rail, motor road and water transport to the borders of the Russian Federation;
7) Obtaining soft short-term loans of up to 5% aimed at the development of the livestock industry in the following sectors: to purchase young farm animals, feed, veterinary medicine;
8) Subsidizing part of the direct costs incurred to create a sheep-breeding complex (farm) of a meat type of at least 15 thousand cattle stalls for ewes (up to 20% of the actual cost of the object);
9) Reimbursement of part of the costs in connection with acquisition of young pedigree sheep (young ewes from 3 months and older). The amount of the subsidy for 1 kg of live weight is: 50% of the costs incurred in connection with the acquisition of up to 100 heads no more than 131 rubles; 65% of the costs incurred in connection with the acquisition of over 100 heads, no more than 165 rubles. When buying non-pedigree animals, the subsidy amount will be 60% of costs, no more than 108 rubles per kilogram of live weight;
10) Soft loans from the Ministry of Agriculture of Russia up to 5%

Economic feasibility:
– Availability of land plots to provide forage and placement of production and technical base: arable land – 220 thousand Ha, hayfields – 510 thousand Ha, 745 thousand Ha of pasture land
– The level of self-sufficiency in beef meat is 42%
– Annually the farms are ready to supply 5.0 thousand heads for subsequent fattening, and 3.0 thousand heads of beef cattle for slaughter
– The demand due to insufficient volumes of meat for processing to provide meat processing enterprises of the Kurgan Region
