Launching a plant to manufacture small agricultural machinery and equipment

State support:
1. Provision of a land plot for lease without tender procedures in order to implement large-scale investment projects with the subsequent purchase option
2. Subsidy of equipment leasing up to 50%, up to 50 million rubles
3. Creation of infrastructure at the expense of the regional budget up to 50%
4. Subsidies to reimburse up to 30% of expenses for agricultural and food products transportation by railway, motor road and water transport to the borders of the Russian Federation
5. FER loans up to 500 million rubles at 1% per annum
6. Target loan for PSEDA residents in monotowns for up to 15 years
— from 5 to 250 million rubles — 0% per annum
— from 250 to 1,000 million rubles — 5% per annum

Economic feasibility:
1) Due to the development of the agro-industrial complex of the Kurgan Region and substantial state support for agricultural enterprises, the demand for new agricultural machinery and its components is constantly growing in the region
2) Increasing demand for tractors, dryers, silos, storage towers, sowers, plows, spraying machines, cultivators, mowers, ridgers
3) The import share of these products in the Russian Federation is 60 %
