3 contestants from the Kurgan region participate in Yekaterinburg in the regional finals of the tracks “Public Administration” and “Business and Industry” of the “Leaders of Russia” competition. The participants withstood a serious competition: the competition in the track “Business and Industry” was 27 people per seat, and in the “Public Administration” – almost 21 people per seat.
At the opening ceremony of the final, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Urals Federal District Vladimir Yakushev congratulated the finalists and wished them to successfully pass the upcoming tests.
“The platform where you are present today has serious authority, the head of state highly appreciated it. The Leaders of Russia competition shows that today, if you have sufficient competence, if you are purposeful and know how to prove yourself, then all doors are open for you. Participants from the Ural Federal District, as a rule, always reach the finals and superfinals. Many take part in the competition to test themselves. These people can hold responsible positions, have their own business, ”said Vladimir Yakushev, Plenipotentiary Representative of the President of Russia in the Urals Federal District.
In addition, Vladimir Yakushev held a meeting with the finalists of the track “Public Administration”, where he shared the history of his professional path, answered questions from the participants, told about the implementation of national projects in the Ural Federal District.
“The most interesting things for the contestants are ahead – they are expected not only by traditional assessment events, an educational program from mentors and partners, but also by a communication session where representatives of the public sector and the business environment will meet and together will solve managerial tasks,” explained the general director of ANO “Russia – a country of opportunities ”Alexey Komissarov.
The final events will continue until October 17th. Based on the test results, the winners will be determined, who will go to the super final of the competition and compete for the main prize – an educational grant in the amount of 1 million rubles. They will also be included in the mentoring program of the competition and will be able to work with mentors from among the leaders of the constituent entities of the Russian Federation and other well-known state and public and political figures (for the track “Public Administration”), the strongest managers in the field of business and industry, heads of the largest Russian companies ( for the track “Business and Industry”).
